Elizabeth “Libby” Wills is the Team Lead of the Elizabeth Wills Group at Rock House Realty, where she combines her passion for people, strong leadership background, and commitment to exceptional service to help clients confidently navigate their real estate journey.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Libby dedicated 15 years to public education, including four years serving as an elementary principal in Fairfield County. Through her years as an educator and leader, she had the privilege of supporting countless families, building lifelong relationships, and developing
the communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills that now define her approach as a Realtor.
A proud wife to Heath Wills and mother of two wonderful children, Libby understands that a home represents so much more than a place to live—it is where families grow, memories are created, and new chapters begin. Together, Libby and Heath are also the owners of FIDO, a beloved small business in Lancaster, Ohio, where they have spent years serving their community and caring for families and their pets.
As a real estate professional and team leader, Libby is passionate about guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the process.
